Spectacular Beauty and Athleticism
Because Ice Skating is one of our favorite events at the Olympics, we travelled from San Diego to Anaheim to see Stars on Ice and we were thrilled to have done so. Every champion gave their 100 percent, some performing their medal winning routines from the Olympics. We are huge fans of Nathan Chen and Adam Rippon and they each gave several incredible performances, but my favorite performance was Jason Brown, who skated to "The Room Where it Happened" from Hamilton. In fact, all of the music programing was incredible, including "You will be Found" from Dear Evan Hansen and "This is Me" from the Greatest Showman and on and on. Every skater from the Shibutanis, to Ashley, to Mirai, and even young Vincent Zhou gave it their all and then some. This was not some Olympics light, this was all out amazing. I was moved to tears during a few of the performances, it was that beautiful to experience.
